Please check the website for further sign updates.

TRASH PICKUP
Trash Pick-up for township residents: Woodland Greens Trash is picked up on Tuesday mornings. Homeowners must contact either Rumpke or Waste Management as this is not a fee covered by taxes or your dues. If you set your trash out Monday evening please be advised that you relinquish ownership to the contents once it is left on the curb. Due to the rising metal prices, you may notice a pick-up truck w/ a trailer.... or two .... sifting through your trash. According to Clear Creek Township there is no law preventing this and the gentlemen sifting through your trash are within their rights to take whatever they wish.

About Woodland Greens

Woodland Greens is a unique subdivision located in Springboro Ohio, half way between Dayton & Cincinnati. Our community consists of 252 custom built brick & wood homes situated on a very generous lot and was the site of the 1985 Homearama. There are a wide variety of lots from quiet cul-de-sac to lots that back up to woods or the Sycamore Creek Country Club golf course. Each home has at least a 2-car garage and a minimum of 2,200 sq. feet.

Woodland Greens is centrally located to shopping and dining in the Dayton Mall area about 10 minutes north. Recreational activities can be enjoyed at the Coffman Family YMCA or the specialty grocery store of Dorothy Lane Market, both less than a mile away. Springboro is one of the fastest growing communities in the State of Ohio with a school system that exceeds all state requirements. Woodland Greens is off Lytle Five Points Rd, adjacent to St Rt. 741 and 10 minutes from Interstate 75. Real-Neighborhoods, LLC as well as members of the homeowners association maintain this website. The WGHA (Woodland Greens Homes Association) primary purpose is to preserve and protect home values.
